"iTunes cannot sync ("Movie name") because you are unauthorized to play it on your computer"

Hey guys.

I recently purchased a few movies on iTunes and I wanted to transferred them to my iPod one day.

While I was syncing, iTunes pops up with an error message saying that I was unauthorized to play this on your computer.

While I don't want to sync my purchases to my iPod whenever I connect to the Internet (because it would take a long time to download and it would also restart if I leave the iTunes Store after 5 minutes), I need to know if there is a possible solution to this problem.

I am using iTunes version 12, I don't know the other numbers in it and it is running on Windows 7.
