I spilled a little windex on my iPad screen and it dried. Now some areas of my screen won’t work. The screen is splotchy. I wiped clean with damp towel. Any help?

Hey there Joe,

I understand you're having issues with your iPad screen. I'd love to provide assistance with this.

Below you'll find help with setting up service for your iPad:

iPad Screen Damage - Official Apple Support

What to expect

Before you send your iPad to us, be sure to back up your data and prepare your iPad for replacement. Your replacement device won't have your data on it, and you'll need to restore that data from your backup.

After we receive your iPad, we’ll send you information about repair, replacement, and fees. If your iPad needs to be replaced, we’ll ship a replacement to you with factory settings. Your replacement iPad will be new or equivalent to new.
