Question: Not able to log into ITUNES

I was just Chatting with King and Dillion about this issue. Whenever I try to log into ITunes I get the message You cannot open the application ITunes because it is being updated. Ive gotten this message for the last 3 or 4 days. Dillion from your tech department told me to download the the newest ITunes but nothing happened and I lost contact with hime
