Stucked up with apple logo after ios update

Since I started to update my iphone 6s plus, it keeps on crushing then stucked up to apple logo. I tried calling apple care, followed their instruction, but nothing changes and keeps on stucking up to apple logo. It all started when i updated my ios. Crrently, im at 11.3 update. Please help. Thanks!
