Text encoding with AppleMail and contacts

Hi,

I'm french and whenever I send my contact Vcard (VCF file) via AppleMail (version 9.3) on my MacBookAir (OSX El Capitan 10.11.6), some Microsoft/Outlook users see all the accents and apostrophes replaced by weird symbols. I've changed the Vcard format from 3.0 to 2.1 Unicode-UTF but that didn't solve the problem. Any suggestions?

I've tried the fixes in this link but to no avail either

Special characters (accents) Hello, I have a Macbook pro, with Ventura 13.0.1 I receive several e-mails from latin speakers (french, brazilians, spanish, etc) and either my MAIL or my Outlook 365 do not read the accents correctly. Even my excel doens't read those words. The strange is the Safari reads correctly, as every other app. The problem, it seems, is when I receive e-mails or generate a report from a Windows based software, like excel. I just received an email and, instead of receiving the subject as "pendência de declaração de importação" it's written "PENDتNCIAS DE DECLARAاأO DE IMPORTAاأO". It's annoying as i will never find this subject anymore. Can anyone save me, please? Thanks.

MacOS mail auto-corrects name to all caps Hello, Every time I write an email, Mail auto-corrects my name "First name Name" to all caps "FIRST NAME NAME" when I write it at the end of the message. No problem with other Apps, and in Contact it is as it should be, First name Name. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Apple 'mail' in Hebrew on an iMac M1 24" Hi, I like Apple 'mail' (tried Outlook, and Google), I'm working in Hebrew. Recently something changed without me making any change or update in references or OS. While writing a new mail, if I want to add or correct something I try to insert the curser in the middle of sentence, the curser doesn't get in the point intended but two letters before. For example: if I want to write examples and insert the curser between the 'e' and the ':', the curser enters between the letters 'p' and 'l' (but of course all in Hebrew). Does anyone have a clue how to resolve this annoying situation? what is the cause for it? It occurred on 'Big Sur' and now on 'Monterey'.
