I can’t download apps...help?!

I just got a 32gb iPhone SE today and I started to download my normal apps. I successfully downloaded Snapchat, but after that, nothing else will download. I’ve tried using my home WiFi, my cellular data, and my husband’s cellular hotspot, but nothing will work. Help??
