itunes update for windows keeps stalling

everytime I started the windows update on windows 7, I accept the license thing and then it quits

can't update iTunes on PC I go to Help and look for updates. It says update available, would you like to update? I click on download now box. Nothing happens. I have 12.7.2.60 and update is for 12.9.2. Win 10 OS. Thank you.
