Cannot record voice in any app

I am having this issue with my iPhone 7 running iOS 11.1.2 since 7th of April, when I am in an application which requires to record voice and I record voice the whole application freezes up on me. For example I’m in camera app and trying to record a video, the moment I start recording video the camera app gets frozen or if I record my voice in Voice Memo app when I press the record button it will stuck at 0:00,0. I tried earpods as well and their microphone is also not working.

Sometimes it gets fixed with a restart but I will face it again after no time.
