I have received a request to contact apply about a lost iphone on this website: https://icloudsuporteapple.com/login/find/ but i think they are phishing for information. Can you confirm this is not Apple's?

I got a message saying that my iphone (stolen last year in Brazil) is not at the Apple store and I should go there to collect it. They send a website https://icloudsuporteapple.com/login/find/ for me to contact and I think this is a fake website because as far as I know Apple does not do that at all. I think they are phishing for information. Can somebody confirm that this is a fake website?

But, I am intriguided - how did they get my number? Could they have broken my phone code?!!! Is there anything that can be done to stop these people from stealing information?
