iPhone X ....,Can i get solutions...?!

i complaints apple with service centre and apple sites regularly in the previous 2-3 weeks.., Till now also I wouldn’t get any solutions for my problem . Is there apple doesn’t have any skilled workers to solve ghe consumers complaint....?

the service center staffs responses is like we were went to them for begging.

customer is king but kings aren’t beggers mind it. Hope i can get solutions with yours reply. Other wise i need to file a case on consumer court.

We are fellow users and these are user forums, you know you're not talking to Apple on here. Nobody on here knows anything about your 'complaints', and you know that these forum's terms of use don't allow discussion about Apple's policies or procedures.
