billing methond problem

I’m having trouble getting my phone to accept my debit card. A subscription renewed before I could cancel it & it charged me. Now I can’t download or update anything on my phone. There’s enough to cover the purchase in my account, that’s what I don’t understand why it won’t work...

billing infromation hi, my name is kemi. i have a iPhone 6 and recently I've been having issues with my phone. My phone won't take my debit card .
