Iphone 8 IOS 11.3 touchscreen not working

My iphone 8 updated to IOS 11.3 last night. I can turn it on and off and use the buttons but the touchscreen doesn't work so the phone is functionally useless now. Any help would be appreciated.

Things I have tried

- Turning it on and off

- Force restart

- Cannot factory reset through iTunes because I cannot enter my code (Touchscreen doesn't work)

iphone touchscreen not working and My phone will not connect to itunes through computer - it is not even recognized as being plugged in I did the update on Friday, last night my touchscreen is no longer working.
