Question: How can I reset my security questions when I no longer have the ipod touch linked to this account.

How can I reset my security questions when I no longer have the Ipod touch that was linked to my account? I sold my old Ipod touch. Recently I picked up another one for my music. When I try to log in with it, they want me to reset my security questions. They send a code to my old Ipod touch. That I no longer own. Please help.

Security questions and verification codes don't belong together.

You don't need your old device to reset your questions as they are only relevant to your account, not your device.
