I need to restore messages mistakenly deleted. How can I restore them from Icloud

You would need to erase your device first, then restore from your iTunes or iCloud backup. Be aware that when you restore, your phone will be restored to the way it looked when you did the backup. Any changes that occurred since that backup was done would be overlaid:
