Disabled iPad

Ipad is disabled after multiple passcode errors. No access to a computer. Can the iPad be reset without the use of a computer?

If it's disabled no, you will have to connect it to a computer's iTunes in order to reset it : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
