How do I reconnect my iwatch to my iPhone?

If the watch is correctly paired to your iPhone the connection should be automatic. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on, and your devices are not in Airplane mode. Then check in your phone’s Watch app and you should see either: your watch shown as paired, OR Start Pairing.
