I could not turn on turn on my iCloud Music Library on my Mac. It says that "This computer cannot be transferred."

Since last week, everytime I tried to play Apple Music on my Mac it always demanded me to re-sign in my Apple ID. It then worked just fine until today that I found all of my songs in my Apple Music has gone. It turned out that my iCloud Music Library had mysteriously been turned off. However, when I tried to turn on my iCloud Music Library on my Mac, it says that "This computer cannot be transferred. - You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 34 days." This is strange since my Apple ID is the only one that has ever signed up to this Mac. Apple Music worked just fine on my iPhone and iPod and the subscription has just been renewed two days ago.

If anyone out there has any idea what this issue is about and how to fix this, please help.

MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)
