Is there a way to transfer your apps on your Iphone to your mackbook

OK, so the Mac cannot run iOS apps. The operating system used for an iPhone (iOS) is entirely different than that used for a Mac (macOS), so the apps are not interchangeable between the two. Apps that will run on the Mac are found in the Mac App Store on the Mac itself. Same icon that you see for the App Store on your iPhone, but it goes to the Mac App Store instead.

if you are running the most current iOS on your device, and iTunes 12 on your Mac, then no, there isn't. The iOS app store has been removed from iTunes:
