Sharing Purchase Music With Family

I'm trying to set up the family sharing feature so as to enable sharing my music (that which I've purchased) with other members in the family. But the radio button I see to enable music sharing is for Apple Music (the subscription based feature which I don't use). How do I share my music? Many thanks

Family Sharing - https://support.apple.com/HT201060 - "Family Sharing makes it easy for up to six people [different Apple IDs] in your family to share each other’s iTunes, iBooks, and App Store purchases without sharing accounts. Pay for family purchases with the same credit card and approve kids’ spending right from a parent’s device. And share photos, a family calendar, and more to help keep everyone connected."

You can use Family Sharing on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 8 or later, your Mac with OS X Yosemite or later and iTunes 12, or your PC with iCloud for Windows.

You don't have to set up anything but the Family Sharing group to share your purchases from the iTunes & App Stores, including music, apps, books, etc. In addition to that basic Family Sharing feature, you can also add the Apple Music Family plan and iCloud Storage Family Sharing if you wish, but neither of those additional features are required to share your purchases:

Apple - iCloud - Family Sharing

Family Sharing - Troubleshooting

The articles above provide you with the instructions and the info about sharing purchases via Family Sharing as well as a troubleshooting article that may help if you have issues when you set it up.

The two article below explain the other two optional features that you can add if you wish:
