I have a newer SE Phone The "Touch ID & Passcode" selection is not available. My wife has the same type of phone and hers is available. I have tried to restart my phone, but that does not help.

phone wont unlock when i try to unlock my phone it says " your password is required to enable Touch ID" what password is this because ive tried my 6 digit that usually unlocks my phone and my apple id password.
