Hdd wrong size

Hello, My hdd was originally 1tb now its 500gb. Heres the problem, I downloaded windows 10 on my mac and I decided to uninstall it from the disk utilities and now it wont let me download windows 10 because of hdd wrong size error. Any fixes or solutions?

Do you know any way to get my 1TB hdd back? Do I have to reset to factory new to get it back?
