Powerbook Login Interface Language Settings

I bought a Powerbook G4 in a Chinese website.After receiving,I changed the language preference in the settings and now the system is displayed in English.However ,the login interface(which selects the user to login) is still in Chinese.It looks quite uncomfortable and I wonder if anyone could help me figure out this problem.
