i have been trying to login itunes and app store when ever i try it says contact itunes support for this transation

What did they say when you contacted them ? If, for some reason, you haven't done as instructed and contacted them you should do so, nobody on here (you know we are fellow users) can help :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
