iPhone 7 missing calls with no ringing it only vibrates

Hello everyone,

I have just bought the iPhone 7 and I get phone calls and the my iPhone only vibrates when it receives that call I have set the phone up to play a sound and nothing seems to happen it just keeps vibrating its very inconvenient and I keep on missing my calls some have urgent calls, does any have the same problem in this group?
