Hi all,
I keep getting notified that my iCloud storage is full. When i look it says a backup of 3.78 GB is there, but logging onto my Mac or iPhone and looking at the Backups in iCloud there is no backup present and it shows empty. How can I locate this backup to delete it?

Same problem? Then the same answer - Read the thread and follow the insurctions posted here
This is strictly a user to user support forum and Apple is NOT here and nothing you say to them here accomplishes anything nor will it resolve any issues

The backup doesn’t show up in either, here is a photo of the iPhone iCloud
It shows in your first set of screen shots. Did you read the article I posted a link to? That has instructions for how to delete backups.
What do you see in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Storage/Manage Storage? Does the backup show there? Does it show in System Preferences/iCloud/Manage?
