GarageBand stopped to work

Some days ago GarageBand stopped to work. I couldn't to play my songs or record anything. I reinstalled the app, but then it became only worse. After choosing an instrument, an empty project window loads and nothing happens next.

Im already tried to reset instruments in mobile's menu but its did nothing.

Is it virus?

Music app repeats end of song. I have this weird issue with the Music app on Iphone 6S running IOS12.2. When the song is done playing remaining time falls to zero, the playback starts again at about 10 or 15 last seconds of same song. Slider at the bottom is still, and timers show the song is over, yet it's playing. After that it continues to a next song. It doesn't happen every time, about every fourth or so. The same songs on my Mac play normally. I've tried everything I could think of, including reseting the phone as new Iphone, but the issue remains. Any ideas?

Apple Music crashes on CarPlay New today - my Apple Music app (on my iPhone iOS 14.5.1) ICON appears on my Honda CR-V CarPlay screen, but when I select it the app flashes for less than a second and then returns to the CarPlay home screen. I've deleted and reloaded Music several times and turned car off and then back on several times. Still no luck. All my other apps on CarPlay work just fine. Any advice?
