Chinese iTunes gift card for Korean account

Hello. I bought a Chinese iTunes gift card in China, and I cannot use it for Korean iTunes account. Also, I cannot create Chinese iTunes account because I do not have Chinese identification card. How can I use it for Korean account, or how can I get a refund? Thank you.

Gift cards are only valid for the country in which they are issued. You can only use the iTunes Store of the country where you are resident and have a valid billing address and payment method. Content obtained in one national store isn't available to when you are signed into another. You might have been able to obtain a refund while you were in China but at this point the best you can probably do is to send the voucher as a gift to someone you know there.
