Can't update FCPX to 10.4.1

Has anyone ever received this message?

This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.

Mac Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

Are you sure you are logged in to the App Store with the same Apple Id used to purchase? The few times I remember seeing this on this forum the message turned out to be accurate.

I believe that I am. I was able to update Pages and Keynote with no problem. It's just when I try to update Compressor, Motion, and Final Cut that I get the error.

That did it. I realized the updates that didn’t work were purchased under a family sharing Apple ID. THANKS!!!
