refund money

one app that i subscribed and used free trail period and now i forgot to unsubscribe and just delete that app from my phone . they auto cut money from my account and now i can't dl again ?

Hi,

Simply deleting an app does not remove the need to cancel the subscription.

When you deleted the app , the subscription will still active .

you need to do the following:

1- go to settings

2-tap on your name on the top

3-open iTunes &app store

4:tap on your apple id and then choose "view apple id" and enter your password (fingerprint)

5:go to subscription

6- cancel the subscription
