Bootcamp Control Panel disappeared after I refreshed Win 10 on my Mac Book Pro.

I have my MBP 1TB disk evenly spill between Mac OS 10.13.4 and Win 10 Bootcamp. Has been working great for a long time until this week when I did Win 10 updates and the update data base became corrupted. SoI did a Win 10 refresh. Now Win 10 works great, but there is no sign of Bootcamp Control Center and no icon to switch back to Mac OS. I also noted the size of the Bootcamp disk is only about 370GB instead af the about 500GB it used to be. I'm thinking maybe it put a new instance of Win 10 on instead of refreshing the old Bootcamp instance.

How do I fix it?
