As of yesterday, I can’t receive any texts or iMessages only from my wife’s phone. She receives everything I send but I get no responses. Help?

I have tried logging out and back into iMessage on both phones and turning both off and on again. It has been this way for over 24 hours. We do share one Apple ID, but we have for many years and this has never been an issue.

See if you've somehow accidentally blocked her contact. Go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking and Identification and scan to the bottom of that page and see if her contact is blocked.

Also go to Settings > Messages > Send and Receive and make sure your number is checked and/or email address
