Not getting iMessage alerts

Hi,

I use an IPad mini 4, running iOS 11.3, not enrolled in public beta, and I am not getting the notifications from the IMessage app.

everytime I get a message, it shows on my lock screen, but when I unlock it, the number of unread messages in the red bubble is not there. I have tried restarting, restoring from a backup, and reinstalling iOS.

Notifications is on for iMessage.

please help me

iMessage notification My iMessage app shows there are two unread messages however when I open the app, there’s no new messages.I have tried deleting all the messages in the app, swiping up to shut down the app, going into my setting and turning I message off then on again, restarting my ipad as well as force restarting my ipad. nothing has gotten rid of the 2 notification. Notifications not working iOS 13.5.1 Hi everyone; Please assist, I'm not receiving any notifications on my iPhone 11 pro for iMessage and texts unless i'm already in the message app. Do Not Disturb is off and notifications are on as well, I've check all settings and can't find what could be the issue. Missing text notifications My iPhone 11 Pro Max isn't consistently notifying me when I receive a text message. This is happing with texts and iMessages; and it isn’t working about 80% of the time. The new messages do not show up until I actually open the message. Please help!
