Voicemail

iPhone 8- I had 3 voicemails which I have now deleted. The phone icon on the home page is still showing the number 3, and I can’t clear it. I’ve gone through the voicemail menu, phoned from a different number etc, but nothing will get rid of the numbers!

My voicemail is gone. My iphone 12 does not show my voicemails anymore. I deleted all my voicemails one day because I do not keep any voicemails and figured I didn't need them sitting on my phone. Once I did that, this is what my phone looked like. Ever since, my voicemail screen has not changed. I have called my phone several times and left voicemails as well as called my voicemail from my phone. So, I know there are voicemails however they are not showing up on my screen. I have shutdown my phone and restarted, airplane mode, "phone" settings and more. When I called my number and left a voicemail my phone did not leave a notification that I had a voicemail either.... any suggestion on how to get my voicemails back?????

I can put my voicemail back on ,I took it off by dialling a number ,there was another number if you wanted to put it back on but can’t remember it Turn off my voicemail off ,but now want to put it back on,how do I put it back on
