Question: Disabled account


Everything began when my Netflix subscription wasn't renewed due ''to a problem with current payment method''. Although everything is fine with my credit card and nothing changed. I went on my phone to check it out and saw my account was disabled, and it didn't say it was for security reason. I changed my password, but it's still disabled on my phone and it seems I can't do anything about it. I'm trying to talk with apple support but thought I could ask here as well.

If you receive a message that your AppleID has been disabled, you should first read this document. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht204106

Be aware, Apple never send email advice that your AppleID has been disabled.

You can also obtain help via this link.

If you sense that your ID has been compromised in some way, choose your country from this link and follow the appropriate instructions.
