iCloud Security phone call

I've received a number of robocalls telling me that my iCloud account has been compromised and giving me option to connect to Apple support. Is this real or a scam?

It is a scam. Apple doesn't call See: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
