iTunes cannot buy movie in HD

Trying to buy Spartan (movie) on iTunes but keep getting a message saying my computer cannot play the title in HD and offers me the SD version instead. My computer has HD (1920 x 1080) display and I'm able to buy any other HD content (although I do recall having this problem before)

Anyone know what's going on...? Thanks folks.

Pixelated movies Just noticed all my saved (purchased) movies in iTunes are pixelated. Can't see anything. Audio is fine, even close captions work. No video though. I've not tried to look at movies for several weeks until now. I noticed there was an ITunes update on 11 August. Is that the problem? It's on my HP laptop. I'm Windows 10, Version 21H1. iTunes Hangs Upon Attempting to Play a Movie What can I do to resolve iTunes hanging when playing a movie? iTUnes 12.4.1. This is the only version I can install from the Microsoft Store. Acer Nitro 517-42 3060Mobile 30.0.15.1274 from the Acer Website ALso tried the latest from Nvidia AMD 6800H 30.0.24038.3002 Integrated Graphics Driver from the ACer Website and I also tried the latest from AMD I tried creating a new Library. Redownloading a couple of the movies. Reinstalling iTunes. Windows 11 is Fully Up to Date I have Deauthorized and Reauthorized. At one point I got the playback window to appear but it was randomly pixelated. with no discernable video. Music VIdeos play. Cyberlink's HDCP utility indicates HDCP is working.

Pixelated video on iTunes, windows 10 I downloaded the new update for iTunes just yesterday. Since then, I can't get any videos, movies or TV shows to play on iTunes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the shows and redownloading them, and updating my device drivers. Nothing has worked. This is for Windows 10 - iTunes version 12.11.4.15. If anyone can help me I'd be super grateful.
