google keychain pop up after updating to MacOS high sierra 10.13.4

hi, curious if any others recently updated their macbook os to 10.13.4 and immediately after reboot was served the Google Keychain box - atop of the usual Apple screens? Aside from the confusing iCloud upsells I've become used to, this is the first time (for me) an OS update was usurped by another app. I had to move it around to click Continue.

You are creating a new user account as in the background image is showing , and trying to use chrome browser .

( a ) always allow is risky , if you click deny the admin password will not be filled in keychain access and if allow box is clicked the password will be filled , so you can click on allow as passwords are case sensitive and are always encrypted see these articles macOS Sierra: Manage passwords using keychains

Then click on continue and follow the upcoming instructions .
