Friends Activity Not Syncing to Apple Watch

Hi,

I have set up Activity sharing via the iOS app on my iPhone. I'm currently sharing my activity with several friends as shown in the image below:

However, none of my friends show up on my Apple Watch app:

Please advise how I should get my Friends list to sync to my Apple Watch.
