I here by wish to notice you that the iPhone 8 plus which I have purchased on 4th march 2018 is a defective. It's just not been a 2 months I started facing issues with this device. As it has a charging problem

You're not talking to Apple here, just other users like yourself. If you purchased it from Apple it's still under warranty. Also you have 90 days of free telephone support. 1-800-MYAPPLE. I suggest you open a ticket.
