My iPhone was bought in Dubai and cannot facetime

I have tried FaceTime and cannot seem to find it even when I search my phone . As well as when I make calls i see the visible button but when calling it is impossible 🙄 what can I do to fix this

iPhones bought in Dubai won’t have FaceTime there, in Israel, or any country outside the Middle East(unless they were illegally imported to the UAE).

You can’t change that. Phone originating from select countries have that feature permanently disabled.

Sell it and buy another from someplace other then Dubai.
