this accessory is not supported error message

Lately, my iPhone 6 plus had been giving this accessory is not supported error message which disables me from charging it while its being on. therefore I have to shut it down to charge. this problem appeared since I've installed the new software update ios 11.3. And by the way, I am using a mfi-certified lightning cable that had been sold with the iPhone itself. I have cleaned my lighting port and reinstalled the update, in case there was a software malfunctioning.

I need a solution for this problem as soon possible.
