subscription renewal

i have just received an email to renew my membership.

this email says that if I don’t renew, I will loose my music, lists and library.

How can this be? I have bought and paid for my songs and movies.

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
