After I created my Apple ID, put a visa gift card for my payment method with accurate billing information. I ran out of money in the card and wasn’t able to update or download free apps. I tried to to switch my payment method to none but couldn’t.

I can’t download free apps or update apps, and i can’t switch my payment method to none. I have no subscriptions that aren’t canceled.

I can only download and update app while having money in my account with a iTunes gift card. It asks me to fill out my gift card’s information and the security code is blank. I type it in but it just rejects the card. If I try to download a app without money in my account, it tells me to update my billing information.
