After I created my Apple ID, put a visa gift card for my payment method with accurate billing information. I ran out of money in the card and wasn’t able to update or download free apps. I tried to to switch my payment method to none but couldn’t.

I can only download apps and update apps with a iTunes gift card when I have money in my account. If I try to download apps and update them without money I can’t do it and it says to press continue and update my billing information.

Go to the App Store>Click on your picture>Click on your name>Scroll down to purchase history, look through it, anything that says purchase pending has not been payed for. Until you pay for that you won’t be able to download anything
