Can´t download specific apps

I can´t download specific apps on app store with my iPhone 8 plus. The app is adobe lightroom, and when I try to download it i first have to type mye password (for some reason touch ID is not an option when I try to download this specific app), and when i have typed it in, it says "done" like usual. Then nothing happens, it just goes back to how it was. I have to tap install again, and then the same exact thing happens: i type my password, it spins for a second and then says done only to go back to "install". The app is compatible with my iPhone. What do I do?
