Question: iPad is disabled

My iPad is disabled and keep telling me to connect with iTunes when I do it doesn't open because I have to enter passcode any one can help ?

Follow the steps exactly as shown in the recovery mode section of If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Force restart it as described in step 2 even if it is asking you to unlock.
