That would be appearing since it would seem that you have apps on the phone that would have been downloaded using that Apple ID. Apps are forever locked to the Apple ID used to purchase/download them. Is this Apple ID familiar to you, an old one of yours, or a family members? Is this a new phone that you purchased?
