i put passcode more than 6 time then it desabled

i try restore y iphone 10 but icant i dont know why when fnished restore it restart and tell me support .apple.com/iphone/restore connect itunes

If you have forgotten the passcode of the device and it is disabled, you will need to restore it. Use the instructions here for instructions. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
