Ad block is not to be used instead use reader mode for blockings ads while browsing see this article Hide ads when reading articles in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

And keep safari extensions as off , duck duck go and others are not required , try to use apple inbuilt applications rather than other app , then there are very less chances of corruption in Mac .

I have found a solution for my issue and fixed it.

Someone was trying to help me setup a new iPhone and assumed that my Apple ID was the same as my Me.com/iCloud.com email address. Now, I've a contact list that is owned by something other than my Apple ID. Until I figured that out, it was frustrating looking for a contact on my iMac and my iPhone, both. The solution involved turning off iCloud which saved my contacts to my iMac. I've merged them, for the most part, but if I want to change information on any of these merged contacts I need to go through some hoops. First, I click edit on the person's info displayed in contacts. It will show the locations that made up the merged id. Clicking on a location brings up a small box with an edit choice. Click on edit and check the field you want to edit. If it lets you edit, you found the storage location that owns the info. If it doesn't, choose the others until you succeed.

I thank you for taking so much time on my problem. I fear your solutions will get me into more trouble without solving the problem. Backblaze has saved my life on more than one occasion by allowing me to restore files from my external hard drives from the cloud. Logmein is a very useful means to vist the iMac that I'm not near and to do screen sharing with security with clients. Parallels allows me to use buggy Windows in a more tolerable and stable environment than native Window when corporate america forces me to use Windows. Teamviewer is problematic and I had deleted it but the plist is a remnant and I'd missed it.
