dropped calls

We're having problems communicating with our phones. When I call a number, I hear no dial tone. When my husband and I try to call one another, we cannot connect. His friend called him, and as soon as he answered, the call was dropped. What are we to do?

Issue with receiving calls Hi, I’ve recently had issues when I receive a call, I answer it and it doesn’t go through, I have to hang up and call back who called me. At their end they couldn’t hear me on the initial call either. Anyone else experiencing this problem. It makes no difference if I have head phones in, on Bluetooth or just answering the phone in the normal sense.

Make sure your iPhones are up to date (software).

Tap Settings > General > Software Update
